The mailbox and the photo zone have been decorated with cartoon characters, ‘Drawing people’s attention’
[Cheonji Daily=by Gahun Kim] On April 7, Shincheonji Volunteer Group Ulsan Branch (the manager, Cheolhan Bae) said that they have done volunteer activities to paint walls called ‘The
7th Wall Painting Storues with Hope’ from last month to 8th of this month.
The volunteer work to paint walls has progressed as a part of ‘the project for creating the street of culture parking problem using recycled mailboxes’ that the Ulsan post office (the director Yongpil Lee) planned.
Shincheonji Volunteer Group Ulsan Branch arranged a photo zone and newly decorated mailboxes with the topic ‘The post office with children’.
An official of the post office appreciated Shincheonji Volunteer Group setting up the cultural space in the post office with recycled mailboxes that has become obsolete resulted from the development of online media.
Eunah Hong, the operation director of Shincheonji Volunteer Group, said, “We are pleased that we can present the photo zone to the children visiting the post office which is incorporated culture into the recycling mailboxes.” and also said, “We will do our best to be needed by people in the world through the volunteer works such as delivering warmth in the pink cloth, haircut service and donating blood as well as painting walls.”
