Peace Advocate Man-hee Lee, arbitrated in Philippine Mindanao conflict

[Cheonji-ilbo = by Jang Su-Kyung] Man-hee Lee representative of the private peace organization who played a role as an arbitrator to end the conflict at Mindanao Island which is the largest troubled parts in Philippine for 40 years entered through the Incheon airport.
Man-hee Lee representative of the private peace organization,(HWPL) Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light, held the press interview and explained the process of peace treaty in detail with reporters and welcoming crowd of 300 people at Incheon international airport at 5 p.m. on 30th.
Korean-Philippines holding welcoming pickets were there to thank him for contributing to end the longstanding conflict of Philippine and caught people’s eye.
Man-hee Lee representative said this peace treaty raised Korean position beyond one person and the world surprised at the peace movement by Korean. And they said the peace movement beyond religion brought peace to the troubled parts which had been shed blood for half a century.
Also Nam-hee Kim representative of the World woman group answered “The former president of Philippine Ramos expressed his gratitude for ‘You made it even the president couldn’t do’ to reporter’s question ‘Was there formal valuation of the Philippine government?’
Man-hee Lee and a peace mission visited Mindanao I. which there were heavy casualties due to religious conflict between Catholic and Islam on Jan. 24, 25 and set forth World Peace Youth Walk with about 1000 religious leaders and local youth beyond religion and faction.
After World Peace Youth Walk all kind of religious leaders signed the peace agreement Lee representative prepared and agreed on end of war and world peace.
The peace agreement by a private organization on 24th was the decisive catalyst to the last annexe of the peace treaty that Philippine government accepts Islamic autonomy of Mindanao I. and to disarm MILF gradually the following day.
Lee representative said he tried to understand that the main cause is religion conflict about the dispute conciliation process of Mindanao I. and meet all kind of religious leaders.
And he explained “I met and denounced strongly all kind of religious leaders who have made conflict for 40 years.” and then “Both parties accepted the proposal that religion should be one for peace.”
Lee representative added “I could end the longstanding conflict of Mindanao Island that Philippine leaders couldn’t settle thanks to the strenuous effort no one knows.”
Lee representative said “I’ll proceed the peace movement with all nations of politicians and religious leaders for world peace and end of war.” at the last press interview and appealed attendees’ participation. Moreover he mentioned “I will try to achieve peaceful reunification of Korea which is the only divided country in the world.”
This visit of Lee representative to Mindanao I. in Philippine was at the urgent request of archbishop Antonio Ledesma Cagayan de Oro who met the previous visit in Philippine.
The former archbishop Fernando R. Capalla of Catholic representative, Esmael G. Mangudadatu of Islam representative and Maguindanao governor of Islam autonomous reign took part in the peace agreement convention held in a conference room of the hotel located in General Santos on Jan 24th.
Delegation for the talks in Malaysia taking dispute conciliation of Mindanao I. dispatched Mangudadatu governor by proxy, the former archbishop Fernando R. Capalla who filled a chairman of FABC Ecumenical Committee is an influential Catholic leader in Philippine.
